Second ROAR-NET General Meeting in Sarajevo

The Second ROAR-NET General Meeting is planned to take place on 18 and 19 February 2025 at International Burch University in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The event will consist of a one-and-a-half day Working Group meeting and a Management Committee meeting in the afternoon of the second day. See the preliminary Meeting Programme.

Invitations to attend the meeting with eligibility for reimbursement according to COST rules will be issued to all Management Committee members, Core Group members and substitutes, and to a selection of members of the six ROAR-NET Working Groups. Due to budget constraints, the total number of invitations will inevitably fall short of the currently approved 360+ Working Group members.

Call for Expressions of Interest

ROAR-NET members of any Working Group interested in attending this meeting without eligibility for reimbursement are encouraged to contact the Action Chair by e-mail. Invitations without eligibility for reimbursement will be issued on a first-come first-served basis until meeting capacity is reached.
